[Voterescue] Shortened Hand-Counted Paper Ballot Resolutions

Several people have asked for an even shorter version of the previously 
shortened HCPB Resolution to take to their respective party conventions 
this weekend. I did just that and I think it's gotten better because of it.

It just dawned on me to post these newest versions to the mailing list 
so even more people can use them tomorrow (Saturday, March 29, 2008). 
They can be used in any county in Texas. (There's a blank where the 
county name can be added.) Just pick either the Republican Party version 
or the Democratic Party version.

Good Luck!!! Let us all know how things go tomorrow in regards to these 
resolutions in your convention.
