[Voterescue] Yesterday's Citizen Exit Poll was a HUGE Success!

VoteRescuers,

It was INCREDIBLE.  The message that nearly all voters gave to our 
extraordinary exit poll volunteers yesterday was:

*/"Yes!  I _will_ participate in your exit poll and I _will_ sign the 
affidavit.
 I _am_ concerned that my vote is counted in secret. 
And, THANK YOU for all the work VoteRescue and Texans for REAL Elections
is doing to get the message out that we _must_ change the way our votes 
are being
counted - or not being counted."

/And then, when the people came out in droves after the polls closed to 
participate in their caucuses, our dream for a return of control of our 
elections to the people became a giant step closer.  There is no doubt 
left after yesterday. People WILL step up to the plate and count their 
votes with their neighbors because they know it's the only way to be 
sure we are choosing the leaders  to whom WE want to give our consent 
for them to protect our rights above all else.

A more detailed accounting of the day's successes will be sent out soon, 
but we just wanted to give everyone a quick overview of how the day 
unfolded.

Our deep felt thanks to everyone who helped yesterday and during the 
weeks leading up to it.  We look forward to seeing you all again helping 
with future Citizen Exit Polls and we hope that the many more of you who 
couldn't come out yesterday, will be able to next time.
