[Voterescue] VoteRescue Volunteers needed next week!

VoteRescuers: We are in need of tabling assistance next Thursday, Friday
and Saturday at the "Net Roots Nation" event which is the major bloggers
convention hosted each year by Daily Kos.  Venue is the Convention Center
downtown. Details are below - Please e-mail me if you can take one or
more volunteer tabling slots, shift days/times described below - this
will be a fun and exciting event, and a great opportunity to network:
Sally Castleman, of Election Defense Alliance (a sister org. to 
VoteRescue, based out of Connecticut) is coming to Austin to promote an
election integrity movie, "Stealing America, Vote by Vote", by another
wonderful election activist we know, Dorothy Fadiman.  The movie will be
screened Saturday night at 6pm; it is 90 minutes long.  Sally will need
help from us to set up for the event on Wed., then distribute info to the
crowds on Thursday - Saturday to promote the film. She'll also need help
tabling at the event; this is a great opportunity to have a
VoteRescue/ Texans for REAL Elections presence at this major event! Links

Set up of the table will be Wednesday, between 1-5:30 (help needed then)
Conference begins and tabling help needed: 
Thursday 10:30 am -5:30 pm......so:  Shifts:  10:30 to 1, 1 to- 3:30, 3:
30 to 5:30
Friday 10:30 am -5:30 pm ......  Shifts:  10:30 to 1, 1 to- 3:30, 3: 30
to 5:30
Saturday 9:30 am- 5:30 pm...... Shifts:  9:30 to 12: 30:   12:30  to
3:00;  3 to 5:30
Break-down Saturday 5:30-10 pm

MAIN EVENT! A screening of the film "Stealing America: Vote by Vote" a 90
minute film.
6 pm Saturday Nite  (Plan on coming for this if you can!)

Sally will need bodies to distribute information about the film on
those three days. The purpose of her visit is to get people to the film.
She needs informed folks to man the table which will have the film
playing on a screen. She needs to be free from the table at various times
to network with the other attendees in person, and attend some of the
break out sessions.

Handouts we can add at the table:
* VoteRescue brochure (even though it is  mostly texas)
* One sample copy of "HACKED!" High Tech Election Theft in America (she
thought selling the book would not be ok..?)
* "HACKED!" postcards about the book.
*  Any other informative simple handouts on election integrity PLEASE
