[Voterescue] Report from New Hampshire: Following the Van (Vickie Karp)

My question is, did anyone request that citizen observers be allowed
to ride in the van to make the process transparent and accountable?
Did anyone ask in advance for a route plan that would permit citizen
observers to follow the van? The evasiveness of the van driver and
the police seem totally out of line with democracy.

What have the election officials said about these issues? I'd love to
get a quote from them!

If they have intended to keep the process secret, that is a
subversion of the principles of free and open elections.

Stuff like this is the reason why legislation cannot be wishy-washy
or rely on the discretion of authorities in matters concerning
election integrity. If you read Holt's new "emergency" legislation
and NJ's new voting integrity law you will see just how full of holes
they are. Yet Howard Stanislevic is proud of that NJ law!
