[Voterescue] Moment-to-moment update: Repub NH recount back on!

Called NH Sec. of State office, was told democratic recount was likely
going to go ahead, Rep. recount did not look likely but too soon to
tell.  This was 90 minutes ago.  Updating story throughout the day on
