[Voterescue] Take this Resolution to your County Party Office TODAY!

*VoteRescuers!*

We just found out at our meeting on Tuesday night /(thanks to Rodney 
Florence!)/ that *the deadline for submitting a resolution* for 
consideration at the Democratic Precinct Conventions in every precinct 
in Travis County on Election Day (March 4th) *is TOMORROW*, *Friday, 
February 22.*  We are submitting the attached resolution to BOTH the 
Democratic and Republican Travis County party offices today, so *Travis 
County is covered*.

However, *if you live in ANOTHER county, please look into submitting 
this resolution to both the Dem and Rep parties before the deadline 
which is probably tomorrow*, as well.  I have attached pdf copies of the 
resolution for both parties that have a blank _____________in the text 
where you can add the name of your county (by hand) before your run off 
the copies you probably have to deliver by tomorrow - but don't assume 
it's tomorrow.../*call _today_!*/

*TRAVIS COUNTY VOTERS:*
Even though Travis County is covered, I have attached pdfs of both the 
Dem and Rep resolutions so that those of you who live in Travis County 
can make additional copies (20?) and carry them to your respective 
Precinct Conventions at 7 pm on Election Day back at your polling place 
/where you voted/. If you voted earlier, you can still attend the 
precinct convention at your assigned precinct polling place.  By having 
extra copies, you can pass them out to everyone attending so they can 
read it easily.  Otherwise there will be only 2 copies sent by the party 
county office for everyone to share. *: (*

*"OTHER" COUNTY VOTERS:*
For all of you in other counties, please do the same thing and make 
extra copies to take with you to you precinct conventions, too.  It is 
at these mini "conventions" that delegates are selected to go on to the 
County Convention and resolutions are voted on to be sent up the party 
food chain - first stop the county convention.

Let's see how many of our resolutions can make it to the county 
conventions for both parties, and then, who knows?  Maybe it will move 
on to the state convention and then to national!  All we can do is try.

on Election Day and support our (not just VoteRescue's, but our growing
