I think I sort of have to agree with what Lori is saying. You should set up
two lists, one for people who want to be involved every day, and one for
when you really need people to mobilize--once every six months or so, for
the really big stuff.
Otherwise people will simply stop paying attention. Sort of like crying
wolf.
