Hi VoteRescuers! We are very excited to announce that Danny Romero has
invited me and Karen to have a radio show on We the People Radio Network!
(100.1 FM in the Austin area and www.wtprn.com on the internet) We have
accepted the invitation and our first show will air on Sunday, September
29th, from 2-4 pm, which will be our regularly scheduled weekly time. We
are asking your creative minds to help us think of a name for our show.
All suggestions would be welcome. We want the name to have something to
do with elections and/or voting, obviously. We want it to be catchy of
course. "VoteRescue" might end up being in the name. Also, there is a
listserve we both are on called : "PeopleCount", which is a listserve
for election reform people who support returning to hand-counted paper
ballots. We are considering asking the originator of that listserve if
we could use that as part of our show's name, but we would love to hear
from you first if any of you would like to make suggestions! "Bring 'em
on!" as our esteemed fake President likes to say! We plan to have a lot
of fun with this show and get out the massive amounts of news that
happens every day on the election reform issue, but is never properly
covered by mainstream media. This is obviously a great way for us to let
the world know about the exciting actions we are accomplishing here at
VoteRescue. It is because of all the great time and effort that YOU, our
fantastic volunteers have given our various actions, that we have become
known locally for what we do and got the invitation from WTPRN. Looking
forward to hearing any name suggestions that you may have, and to
continued spiraling success together as VoteRescue. Vickie and Karen
