[Voterescue] Texas Straw Poll: SUPPLY WISH LIST, and NEXT MTG DATE!

Hi VoteRescuers! We are trying to assemble some supplies that will be
useful in Ft. Worth.  Here are a few items we wondered if any of you had
or could loan for those two days, 8/31 and 9/1:  * Tent or canopy large
enough for us to set up 3 tables (approx. 3x6) underneath * Two tables of
that approximate size (we already have one)   * Ice chests and drinking
water * Clipboards for exit pollsters Additional items may be added, if
you can think of anything else important that we are missing, add it to
the list. If you have any of the above, please let Karen or me know.  We
also need a way to transport them as well.  The "Vote In Sunshine" group
(Iowa Straw Pollsters) may be sending us down some extra T-Shirts that we
can wear, and also their manual "clickers" that allowed them to count the
number of voters exiting the Iowa Straw Poll and get pretty close to the
actual total. NEXT MEETING will be TUESDAY, August 28th, 7-9:30 pm. 
Venue will PROBABLY be Brave New Books at 1904 Guadalupe, but  we have to
confirm availability of their meeting room, but wanted to ask that you
please reserve that date, as we will be getting into more specifics about
our monitoring actions at the Straw Poll. Thanks, Everyone! Vickie and
