I acknowledge that that are many good blogs and web sites that provide
coverage of National GOP news and events.  My hope is to bring a local
neutral flavor to the internet with this blog.

The popularity of Ron Paul is one trend I'm following.  However, I'm not a
Ron Paul supporter or trying to promote any candidate over the others.

I would like to provide on-the-spot coverage of the Texas Straw Poll, so I'm
emailing to request blogger / press creditials.
