MEETINGS

VoteRescue's meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month unless otherwise posted. We generally get started around 6;30 PM and wrap up around 8:30 PM, and we usually meet at Brave New Books at 1904 Guadalupe, Austin, TX 78701. Each meeting date, time and venue will be separately posted so please check this site for details in case of possible venue or time changes!

We had our first meeting of the year in January with low attendance, probably due to a problem with our e-mail account so we are sending future messages out a different way until we resolve that problem!

We may have a repeat of the film we showed in January about our ally Clint Curtis: "Murder, Spies and Election Lies," and then go over our plans for 2009 which include lobbying at the Capital for passage of the "Texas Hand-Counted Paper Ballot Bill of 2009."

Our Coalition is growing by leaps and bounds, and our work at the county level has taken on even greater meaning this year. Please come to the meeting to get updated and hear how you can help us move closer to our goal of fair elections with hand-counted paper ballots!
